Privacy Policy
LeadToSheet Pro (“we”, “our”, or “the extension”) helps you capture publicly visible page information and save it to a Google Sheet that you control. This policy explains what data is processed and why.
1. Information we process
- Google account email — obtained via Google OAuth so we can confirm you are connected and write to Sheets on your behalf.
- Lead fields you capture — such as name, title, company, website, profile URL, email (if available), timestamp, and status. These are written to your selected Google Spreadsheet.
- Extension settings — spreadsheet ID, sheet name, webhook URL, optional Hunter.io API key, and preference flags stored in Chrome storage on your device.
- Usage counts — monthly lead counts for free-plan limits, stored locally / sync storage.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate with Google and append rows to your spreadsheet.
- Enforce free-plan limits and Pro entitlements (via ExtensionPay / Stripe).
- Optionally enrich email via Hunter.io using an API key you provide (BYOK).
- Optionally send lead payloads to a webhook URL you configure.
- Improve reliability of the product (for example Firebase Analytics on this marketing site).
3. Google user data
The extension requests Google OAuth scopes for Spreadsheets and basic email identity. We use access tokens only to perform actions you initiate (connect account, append leads, check duplicates). We do not sell Google user data. Spreadsheet contents remain in your Google account.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data storage and sharing
- Lead rows are stored in your Google Sheet, not on our proprietary lead database by default.
- Payment processing for Pro is handled by ExtensionPay / Stripe.
- Optional third parties you enable (Hunter.io, your webhook destination) receive only what you configure.
- This website may use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
5. Data retention
OAuth tokens are managed by Chrome’s identity APIs. Local settings remain until you clear extension data or uninstall. Spreadsheet data retention follows your Google account policies.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect Google access from the extension or your Google Account permissions page.
- Remove the extension to delete local settings.
- Delete or edit rows directly in your Google Sheet.
7. Children’s privacy
LeadToSheet Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
