Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LeadToSheet Pro (the “Service”), including the Chrome extension and this website. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LeadToSheet Pro helps you capture lead-related information from web pages and append it to a Google Spreadsheet you configure. Features may include shortcuts, duplicate checks, optional email enrichment, webhooks, and paid plan upgrades.
2. Accounts and Google access
- You must have a Google account to connect Sheets export.
- You authorize the Service to access Google Sheets only as needed for features you use.
- You are responsible for the spreadsheet you select and the data you save into it.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and third-party site terms (including LinkedIn).
- Do not attempt to abuse rate limits, reverse engineer for harm, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to collect or process data you are not permitted to handle.
4. Plans and payments
Free plan usage may be limited (for example, monthly lead caps). Pro subscriptions are billed through ExtensionPay / Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the payment provider’s policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Google, and optionally Hunter.io and user-defined webhooks. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The extension, branding, and website content are owned by LeadToSheet Pro or its licensors. You retain ownership of the lead data you capture into your own systems.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadToSheet Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking Google access. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
